Emily Lockett

SingerThrough the words she writes, the strings she plucks, and the notes she sings, Emily Lockett will have you wanting more in just one listen.

This 16 year old Singer/Songwriter from the UK has been playing guitar since the age of 5, showing off her talent at local concerts and talent shows. At the age of 12 she began to write her own music, which manages to capture the hearts of all that listen.

Her first EP was released in December of 2016, which includes beautiful songs that were written between the ages of 12 and 15.

The teen has been getting regular air play on plenty of radio stations and continues to wow everyone who gets to hear her music.

The song “Reflection of Me” includes the lines: “Wish I could dream bigger than reality, I wanna know what the world can offer me.” These lines seem to predict how Emily is currently living her life, completely dedicating herself to her music.

The young talent is studying music at a college in Manchester by day, while rehearsing and performing by night.

This year, Emily is said to be extremely busy with several shows and recording new music over the next few months.

She plans to release her next EP this year which will include the songs “Nice Eyes”; “Feel Love”; and “Where We Left Off”.
