Basset Brings Raw and Acoustic Fiddle And Cello

Waterloo ” is about living on the fringes, with existence tied to something as unpredictable as a fluttering kite.
It’s an attempt to capture the experience of opioid withdrawal, in the midst of a crisis that really hit us emotionally.’
The raw, acoustic sound of the fiddle and cello serve the track in symmetry with the lyrics. With the production and instrumentation keeping the song feeling natural and human.
The verses are powerful and inflamed, while the chorus is wistful and frail.
Waterloo is Bassets debut EP released on June 28th.
Basset The Band Members; Yasmine, Sam, Aaron and Noah
