Epic Line Up To Pay Tribute To David Bowie’s Golden Years

The Golden Years

Following SOLD OUT shows in 2019, including its debut show at the Corner Hotel, it is only fitting that BOWIE: GOLDEN YEARS become an annual celebration paying homage to the epic career spanning music of rock and roll legend, DAVID BOWIE.

The variety and depth of David Bowie’s music requires an epic line-up of artists in their own right to ensure justice is done; Bringing the show back in 2020 is the line-up that blew audiences away in 2019:

BOOM CRASH OPERA’S DALE RYDER*

TAXIRIDE’s JASON SINGH & TIM WATSON and

ELECTRIC MARY’s RUSTY BROWN.

Also joining the line-up for 2020 is MICK PEALING, of iconic 1970s Australian Country Rock Band STARS.

With only two shows planned for 2020, BOWIE: GOLDEN YEARS will pay tribute to David Bowie on his birth day, 8 JANUARY at the OCEAN GROVE HOTEL and on the anniversary of his passing, 10 JANUARY, at the CORNER HOTEL

Backed by a incredible band comprising some of Australia’s premier musicians, including BABY ANIMALS DAVE LESLIE on guitar and TAXIRIDE’s SEAN McLEOD on drums, BOWIE: GOLDEN YEARS will celebrate the breadth of BOWIE’s musical styles from Rebel Rebel, Jean Genie and Space Oddity to Heroes, All The Young Dudes, Modern Love, China Girl, and Where Are We Now.
