Epic Line Up To Pay Tribute To David Bowie’s Golden Years

Australian fitness personality, Sophie Guidolin has raised over $1million dollars for the NSW Rural Fire Service & Brigades Fund in NSW and the CFS Foundation Volunteer Fund in just over a week.

Since then, the fitness professional has her eyes set on rolling out the Bushfire Bootcamp Appeal, with the aim of raising $250,000 to go directly to Kangaroo Island which will be held on Saturday 18 January from 7am.

Now being termed “Australia’s biggest bootcamp for the bushes”, Sophie has enlisted the help of a number of well- known faces in the fitness community to help her run the bootcamps across the country.

Names such as Rachel Dillon, Revie Jane, Triniti-Jean, Sally Harding, Julia Woodford, Zac Smith, Chloe Szep, Sophie Allen, Kwame Duah, Joe Pitt, Mitchell Orval, Amanda Matthews, Lauren Simpson, Danni Belle, Ali Oetjen and more have signed up to donate their time to run the events.

Tickets are $25, with 100% going directly to Kangaroo Island. No profits, no overheads, no expenses. All aid must and will go to those directly impacted on Kangaroo Island.

Guidolin, who’s father has served in as a volunteer firefighter for over 40 years, was immediately and personally impacted by the Australian bushfires. Knowing all too well the exhaustive efforts and dangerous conditions that so many men and women face on the front line, Sophie could not just sit back and do nothing.

Sophie said, “Kangaroo Island is undoubtedly one of Australia’s crown jewels, with over half of the island already burnt this will effect this beautiful island for many years to come.”

“Kangaroo Island has lost its major sources of income: Tourism and Farming/Food Production. Tragically, we have lost lives (which can never be replaced) however, many have lost their homes, properties and livelihoods.”

Sweat for good, and join us as we raise funds for Kangaroo Island. For more information or to purchase tickets jump on to Eventbrite, Instagram @bushfirebootcamp or https://www.sophieguidolin.com.au
